• Initial meet and greet with tenants and the initial home inspection.
• Quaterly inspection of the unit and the premises.
• Generating and serving appropriate notices when necessary. 
• Collecting the rent and forwarding it to the owner.
• Responding to the tenants' calls, complaints, and repair requests.
• Coordinating service professionals when repairs are needed.
• Filling vacancies.
• Periodic monitoring of the value of the property as a whole and informing the owner when values increase/decrease.
• Making periodic adjustments in rent in relation to FMR.
• Overseeing and taking care of all other aspects of tenancy and the property, and so much more!

We offer 2 simple and modest pricing options:

Option  A:

As low as only $75 $50 per month per unit, plus one month's rent when filling vacancies. 

Option B:

As low as only $100 $75 per month per unit, plus only half a month's rent when filling vacancies.
